Your right to delete
Per the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the right to delete your account and associated personal data held by GENETRIFY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (DTI BN 8072131), the personal information controller for CSE Exam Review.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, and — if you signed in with Google — the Google account identifier plus any ID-token contents cached by our auth provider), exam attempts (anonymized in aggregates), drill progress, and active entitlements.
What we keep
Payment records (10 years, BIR requirement) and anonymized attempt statistics for product improvement.
How to delete
Sign in and visit your Settings page, then click “Delete my account.” If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on the account. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with NPC guidance under RA 10173.
Revoking Google access
If you signed in with Google, deleting your CSE Exam Review account removes the Google-derived data we hold (email, name, and Google account identifier, plus any ID-token contents cached by our auth provider). Separately, you can revoke CSE Exam Review's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access prevents future Google sign-ins but does not, by itself, delete the CSE Exam Review account — use the deletion steps above to remove your data.
Permanence
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
